Our stance
Trivialize is a skill-based trivia game: outcomes depend on what you know and how quickly you answer, not on luck. It is not a gambling product. Even so, anything with real money attached deserves guardrails, so we build responsible-play protections into the app from the start — and we point anyone who needs it to professional support.
The tools you control
You'll find all of these in Settings → Account limits:
- Daily deposit cap — the most you can add to your wallet in a day.
- Daily stake cap — the most you can stake across paid events and challenges in a day.
- Session-time alerts — a gentle nudge after you've been playing for a while.
- Cool-off — pause deposits and stakes for a short, fixed period when you want a break.
- Self-exclusion — block every deposit and stake for a period you choose, from 24 hours up to 1 year. A 24-hour cool-off applies before it activates, and once active it cannot be lifted before its end date — even at your request.
Age & eligibility
Cash-stakes features are strictly 18+ and gated at sign-up by date of birth. Free play is open to ages 13+. Cash features are only offered in regions where skill-based competition is permitted; misrepresenting your region is a breach of our Terms of Service.
Know the signs
It might be time to take a break, set a limit, or self-exclude if you:
- Play or stake more than you planned, or to chase losses.
- Spend money you can't comfortably afford.
- Feel anxious, irritable, or low when you're not playing.
- Hide how much time or money you spend from people close to you.

Protecting minors
Trivialize is not intended for users under 18 for any cash-stakes feature. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it and refund the wallet to its original funding source. Parents and guardians can use device-level parental controls and contact us at support@trivializethis.com with any concern.
